How to Protect Your Skin in Summer or Winter tips for a perfect skin

Every woman wants a perfect and bright skin, with no trace of acne, dark circles or wrinkles. As we get older, this desire is becoming more difficult to accomplish. Fortunately, modern cosmetic industry, along with the natural, offers solutions which slow aging effects, and gives us the opportunity to have a perfect skin at any age and any time.
Dark circles
If your dark circles are easily blue or purple, and disappear when you presse firmly with your fingers, are probably caused by thin skin and blood vessels that are visible through it and thickens especially during sleep. Apply daily a moisturizer that contains caffeine, in the problem area. This is the most efficiently, shrinks blood vessels and makes them less visible.
If your dark circles are in shades of brown, hyperpigmentation is the cause and small traumas such as excessive eye rubbing. Apply every evening, before going to bed, a retinol cream. Such cream cleans and whitens the skin, and you can get rid of unsightly color of dark circles.
Inestetic stains
Whether in forms of freckles, or are just more red shapeless stains, more whitten or brown, skin stains can be very stubborn. They are caused by stress, sleep absence or poor diet. Wash your face daily with a cleanser without alcohol and oil. To hide these stains use a product containing salicylic acid. A salic acid based treatment twice a week can be very effective.
Decoloration
From all imperfections, discolored stains are the worst. Studies have shown that, if the skin tone is uneven, people see you with 7-8 years older. They are caused by UV rays, so you should always protect from the sun, regardless of the weather and season. An anitoxidant serum with vitamin C or E, used in each morning, with a moisturizer with SPF 15, can help you to escape from these stains and prevent decoloration. Also, a night cream based on soy, an ingredient that removes excessive pigment, can be very effective.
Fine wrinkles
Fine wrinkles appear at 23 – 24 years, and aging wrinkles start to make their presence felt even at 29 years. If you start fighting with them, you should know that retinol is the best weapon, because it stimulates collagen production and gives skin elasticity. If your skin is sensitive, added peptides, which are also effective in fighting with wrinkles. And do not forget to use sunscreen during the day, because retinol treatments make skin more vulnerable than usual.
Enlarged pores
Even if it’s a genetic defect, there are ways that help you to treat this problem:
- Keep the skin clean, wash it with a more gentle cleanser, in the morning and evening, and after you have made exercises;
- Avoid products that contain strong and thick ingredients such as mineral oil or petroleum;
- Exfoliate your skin once a day, or three times a week if your skin is more sensitive, so you remove “dead skin” that clog pores and enlarges them even more.
